Job summary

Oxford Flow is seeking an Embedded Electronics & Firmware Engineer to own embedded electronic products and sub-systems for our next generation of intelligent valves and regulators. You will help shape a major new industrial controller, coordinating with external partners and enhancing existing sensor solutions.

The role offers flexibility, hybrid work from Witney, and opportunities to present technical findings within a robust review process and the broader product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Advanced apprenticeship at least HNC level considered with experience.
  • Experience leading a technical domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design embedded electronics hardware: schematic capture, PCB bring-up for new and existing products.
  • Develop and maintain embedded firmware (C/C++) for STM32 microcontrollers.
  • Provide technical leadership: set requirements, manage external partners, integrate deliverables.
