Job summary

London Business School is seeking a Programme Manager for the Executive MBA team to oversee day-to-day EMBA operations and manage the relationship for a stream of EMBA students over two years. The role focuses on delivering high-quality programmes, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining excellent student experiences on campus and online.

You will coordinate resources, produce insightful reports, and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while supporting staff

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with firmness and empathy.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience using software to extract, analyse and report data.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality learning programmes, events and resources.
• Projects delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards and targets.
• Manage and support direct reports, review progress and promote learning opportunities.
• Area/team compliance with regulations/processes.
• Timely coordination of internal and external resources.
• Production of high-quality reports, identifying trends and issues.
• Develop relationships within and outside the team with positive stakeholder feedback.
• Up-to-date and accurate financial information for own service area.
