Job Description

Your Mission

As an Email Marketing Specialist, your goal is to enhance customer lifetime value by designing, building, deploying, and optimizing our direct communications through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications.

  1. Deliver on a CRM strategy that improves the customer experience for Teya members, using segmentation, personalized communication, analytics, and cross-channel synchronization across WhatsApp, SMS, and our product experience (including banners, push notifications, content cards, etc.).
  2. Create and manage CRM campaigns in HubSpot, designing workflows, conducting A/B tests, analyzing email performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
  3. Support the launch of new products and features, activating CRM campaigns to existing members to promote cross-sell of Teya’s product suite, including Business Account, Cash Advance, and E-POS.
  4. Collaborate with local marketing teams across our 7 country operations (with 2 new markets launching over summer) to manage a communications calendar, ongoing processes, and support CRM communication initiatives.
  5. Engage our member community to build empathy and understanding, using customer data, and collaborate to create high-quality case studies and content.
  6. Work closely with the brand team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all customer communications.
Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM role, with the ability to build, deploy, and manage end-to-end CRM communications.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English and an eye for great design.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Braze.
  • Highly analytical, capable of measuring email marketing performance and interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with HTML for email customization and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Canva.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work from our new headquarters in Central London at least 3 days a week.
