A leading agency based in South Cambridgeshire is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to drive and refine their email marketing efforts. Operating across agency and publishing sectors, they focus on delivering engaging, data-led campaigns.

If you’re a strong communicator with experience using email marketing automation systems (like DotDigital) and enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you!

The Role:

You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising email campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and increase engagement.

Working closely with the marketing and design teams, you'll craft compelling email content, segment audiences, and analyse campaign performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email campaigns, including automated journeys and targeted communications.
• Work with the team to create data-driven strategies that enhance engagement and conversions.
• Optimise performance through A/B testing, analytics, and audience segmentation.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and maintain strong deliverability rates.
• Align email content and design for consistency across marketing campaigns.

Your application will stand out if you have:

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably with DotDigital, AND/OR HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo or Omnisend,
• A deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and best practices in email marketing.
• A strong ability to analyse performance data and refine strategies accordingly.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, or e-commerce email marketing.
• Knowledge of SMS or omnichannel marketing tools.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email template adjustments.
• Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools.
