The Role:

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing email campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and boost engagement.

Collaborating closely with marketing and design teams, you will craft compelling email content, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email campaigns, including automated journeys and targeted communications.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Optimize performance through A/B testing, analytics, and audience segmentation.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and maintain high deliverability rates.
• Maintain consistency in email content and design across campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like DotDigital, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, or Omnisend.
• Deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and best practices in email marketing.
• Ability to analyze performance data and refine strategies accordingly.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, or e-commerce email marketing.
• Knowledge of SMS or omnichannel marketing tools.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template adjustments.
• Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools.
