TipTopJob in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Email Account Manager to lead client email programs from strategy through delivery, using Klaviyo to drive measurable results for ecommerce brands across fashion, sportswear, supplements and more.

You will manage client relationships, plan campaigns, optimise flows, review creative, and report on performance using Hiro Analytics. Hybrid working with a Putney office option is available and salary ranges from £32,000 to £44,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Approx 4 years experience in email marketing, including a minimum of 2 years managing multiple ecommerce clients within an agency.
• Strong practical experience with Klaviyo, including building automated flows, creating segments, running A/B tests, managing deliverability and generating reports independently.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, with ability to explain strategies used and results.
• Good understanding of creative email and copy, including briefing designers and reviewing work for quality and brand consistency.
• Experience with SMS marketing through Klaviyo is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hiro Analytics, Monday or Figma.
• Knowledge of Shopify and how ecommerce apps integrate with email marketing.
• Interest in using AI tools to support campaign planning, briefing, copy development and reporting.

Responsibilities
