Job description

Reporting to: Global CRM Senior Email Marketing Manager

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of our global email marketing activity across key revenue‑driving markets.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for managing the end‑to‑end email process — from planning and briefing through to QA, and reporting. Working closely with Global Trade, Content, Creative, Design and Regional teams, you will ensure that our email communications are delivered on time, to an exceptional standard and in line with our luxury brand positioning.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a genuine interest in luxury fashion and digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Global Email Planning & Calendar Management
  • Own and maintain the global email marketing calendar across key revenue‑driving markets, ensuring all activity is strategically planned and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with Global Trade, Content, Design, CRM and Regional teams to align email activity with commercial priorities, product launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Coordinate and manage outlet and retail email activity, working closely with regional teams to improve the cadence, consistency and quality of sends.
  • Ensure email activity is balanced across commercial, brand, editorial and customer‑led communications.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the frequency, timing and sequencing of email communications across markets.
End‑to‑End Email Delivery
  • Manage the email process from initial brief through to final deployment, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timings, content and requirements.
  • Liaise with Global Trade, Content and Design teams to develop compelling, on‑brand email campaigns.
  • Create clear and comprehensive content and creative briefs, ensuring teams have all the information required to deliver high‑quality assets.
  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of the email workflow/process tool, ensuring briefs, approvals, assets and deadlines are clearly tracked.
  • Ensure the email production process is followed consistently and efficiently across teams and markets.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
Email QA & Deployment
  • Own the final Q&A/QA process for all email campaigns prior to deployment.
  • Ensure all content, imagery, product information, pricing, CTAs and links are correct and aligned with the approved brief.
  • Check tracking, UTM parameters, personalisation, segmentation and other campaign requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate test sends and manage sign‑off with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly during high‑volume trading periods.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Produce weekly and monthly email performance reports, as well as ad‑hoc daily reporting when required.
  • Monitor key email KPIs including open rate, click‑through rate, conversion, revenue, engagement, unsubscribe rate and other relevant performance metrics.
  • Work with CRM, Ecommerce and Analytics teams to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and commercially focused way.
  • Use data to identify trends, successes and areas for optimisation across markets, audiences and campaign types.
  • Support regular reporting and analysis through platforms such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics and Power BI.
Competitor & Market Analysis
  • Conduct ad‑hoc competitor research and analysis across the luxury fashion and wider premium retail landscape.
  • Monitor competitor email activity, including creative direction, messaging, promotional strategy, cadence, personalisation and customer journeys.
  • Share relevant market insights and best practice recommendations with the wider team.
  • Stay up to date with developments and trends within luxury fashion, ecommerce, CRM and digital marketing.
CRM & Customer Experience
  • Support the development of a consistent and premium customer experience across all email touchpoints.
  • Work with CRM/Marketing teams to support audience segmentation, targeting and personalisation initiatives.
  • Assist with email testing and optimisation, including subject lines, creative, content, calls‑to‑action, send times and frequency.
  • Support the delivery of automated and triggered communications where required, including customer lifecycle, transactional or CRM activity.
  • Ensure all email communications adhere to relevant brand guidelines, legal requirements and email marketing best practice.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in an email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or ecommerce role, ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail or another high‑end consumer brand.
  • Hands‑on experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM/email marketing platform.
  • Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end email marketing process, from briefing and production through to QA, deployment and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality‑control mindset.
  • Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with data, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics platforms such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics/GA4 and/or Power BI.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Confident presenting performance, recommendations and campaign updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders across different teams, markets and levels of seniority.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach — someone who anticipates issues rather than waits for them to arise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in luxury fashion, ecommerce, digital marketing and the wider customer experience.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how email and CRM activity contributes to revenue and customer engagement.
  • Collaborative and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships across global and regional teams.
Key Attributes

Highly organised — able to manage complex calendars, multiple markets and competing deadlines without losing attention to detail.

Proactive — anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities and takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked.

Commercially minded — understands the role email plays in driving revenue, engagement and customer loyalty.

Detail‑oriented — meticulous when it comes to content, links, creative, data, testing and campaign execution.

Confident communicator — able to clearly brief teams, manage stakeholders and present insights and recommendations.

Analytical — comfortable working with performance data and using insights to improve future activity.

Collaborative — enjoys working cross‑functionally and internationally with Trade, Creative, Content, Design, Ecommerce, CRM and Regional teams.

Adaptable — thrives in a fast‑moving environment where priority and deadlines can change quickly.

What You'll Bring

You will be someone who combines strong operational execution with commercial curiosity. You will take ownership of the email calendar and production process, while constantly looking for ways to improve how we work, how our emails perform and ultimately how we engage our customers.

Experience within luxury fashion or premium retail is highly desirable, as is an understanding of the high standards expected of a luxury brand across every customer touchpoint.
