Job summary

Future UK is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager for Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK. You will lead end-to-end email campaigns, build newsletters, and drive subscriber engagement across both brands.

You will report to the Managing Editor, optimise newsletters, collaborate with internal and external teams, and contribute to brand moments with targeted email strategies. Hybrid role based in London with generous perks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in email marketing, with segmentation, automation and customer journeys.
• Experience with ESPs Sailthru, Klaviyo, Selligent or similar platforms.
• Strong HTML for email, basic CSS knowledge.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and building custom reports.
• Skilled with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day email marketing for Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK.
• Build and schedule newsletters and dedicated sends; coordinate timelines with teams.
• Produce weekly performance reports and share insights in meetings.
• Own newsletter strategy and partner referrals, driving traffic, revenue and loyalty.
• Plan targeted email distribution around major brand moments.
