Job summary

Future Publishing's Editorial Email team in Bath is seeking a proactive marketer to drive performance and commercial impact of our editorial newsletters. Reporting to the Director of Editorial Email, you'll work with Editorial, Ecommerce, Audience Development, Product and Technology to optimise email portfolio.

Using data, audience insights and experimentation, you will identify opportunities to increase engagement, grow email audiences and drive traffic and revenue through email.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Experience developing and managing experimentation and A/B testing
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems and continuously improving performance
• Understanding of email marketing, audience development and digital content performance
