This is an exciting freelance project for an Email Creative Specialist who enjoys transforming customer journeys through high-impact, visually engaging email design. You will shape creative concepts across automated and campaign workflows, helping a major consumer brand elevate its CRM experience with fresh ideas and polished execution.

The Role and Deliverables

• Design visually engaging email templates for automated and campaign journeys.
• Build creative concepts for welcome, basket abandonment, re-engagement, and promotional emails.
• Apply brand guidelines while introducing new creative ideas to boost engagement.
• Produce short supporting copy when needed to complement visual layouts.
• Work with CRM and marketing teams to interpret briefs and integrate feedback.
• Deliver final design assets ready for deployment in their CRM platform.
