Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust’s Outwood Academy Freeston in Normanton invites applications for an Advanced Teaching Assistant with responsibility for Emotional Literacy Support (ELSA). • ELSA training desirable or willingness to train.
• Experience delivering 1:1 and small group ELSA sessions.
• Strong classroom practice; able to support the class teacher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group ELSA sessions.
• Support learning across platforms and monitor pupil progress.
• Contribute to interventions and statutory development plans.
• Demonstrate strong organisation, initiative and a nurturing approach.
