Job summary

The Football Association (The FA) is seeking an experienced Team Manager to coordinate and manage the administrative and operational delivery of England Development Team tournaments and camps. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 July 2027 and includes regular travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities include squad administration, travel logistics, staffing, venues, and liaison with clubs and federations. DBS check will be required as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in elite sports and travel with teams.
• Ability to manage day-to-day budgets and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and planning.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational and administrative delivery for England Development Team tournaments and camps.
• Organise squad selection processes, player call-ups, travel itineraries and venues.
• Liaise with hosting clubs, federations and international bodies; chair operational planning meetings.
