• Prepare and present high-quality dishes across the Men’s First Team, Women’s First Team and Academy programmes.
• Manage and own your kitchen section during service.
• Support nutritionally focused menus for elite athletes and staff.
• Ensure all food is prepared, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
• Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service.
• Assist with stock control, rotation and minimizing waste.
• Support matchday, academy and event catering when required.
• Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal offerings.
