Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Penicuik, United Kingdom, invites applications for a Physical Training Instructor/Assessor. This permanent, full-time role is based onsite at the Army Assessment Centre in Glencorse, working 37.5 hours weekly with an overnight chaperone and weekend duties.

You will lead physical and psychometric assessments, coach participants safely, provide clear guidance, and promote wellbeing through fitness, nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Confident instructor and skilled coach.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Brief, deliver and score assessments under test conditions.
• Support candidates with clear guidance and encouragement.
• Coach physical activities safely and effectively.
