Qualifications
- Experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong pastry, bakery and dessert production skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Experience with stock control and waste management.
Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver pastry, bakery and dessert items across daily service and events.
- Create breads, pastries and desserts from scratch.
- Develop and update pastry recipes and menu items.
- Assist with menu planning and costing as required.
- Maintain food safety standards and clean, organized work areas.
