FM JOBS LIMITED in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to provide technical paraplanning support to a Senior financial adviser. You will prepare suitability reports and recommendations for clients with complex needs, allowing the adviser to focus on client relationships.

The role involves researching investment, pension and protection solutions, liaising with providers, and staying up to date with regulatory changes.

Formación

• Proven paraplanning experience supporting an independent financial adviser.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
• Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports to a high standard.
• Desirable: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards chartered status.
• Desirable: Familiarity with research tools and back-office systems used in financial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing detailed suitability reports and letters of authority for adviser review.
• Researching and analysing investment, pension and protection solutions across the market.
• Liaising with product providers to progress new business and manage ongoing servicing.
• Supporting a Senior adviser with technical queries and keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
• Using back-office systems to maintain accurate client records and track case progress.
• Working collaboratively with other paraplanners to ensure consistency and share knowledge.
