Job summary

Premier Jobs UK is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Cheltenham team. You will provide technical paraplanning support to a Senior adviser, preparing detailed suitability reports for clients with complex needs, enabling the adviser to focus on client relationships.

The role is office-based in Cheltenham with clear progression toward senior paraplanning or advisory roles, CPD support, and a strong commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven paraplanning experience supporting an independent financial adviser.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
• Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and letters of authority for adviser review.
• Research and analyse investment, pension and protection solutions across the market.
• Liaise with product providers to progress new business and manage servicing.
• Support a Senior adviser with technical queries and regulatory changes.
• Use back-office systems to maintain client records and track case progress.
• Collaborate with other paraplanners to ensure consistency and share knowledge.
