Job summary

Willsflower is seeking a full-time, on-site Landscaper for Arlington Business Park in Reading. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the grounds to a high standard across the estate.

You will handle lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding, irrigation monitoring and general grounds maintenance, working closely with site and property teams to ensure consistency with park standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or groundskeeping.
• Experience with planting, pruning, weeding, lawn care and general garden maintenance.
• Safe and effective use of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Reliable, organised and able to work with site and property management teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas across Arlington Business Park to a high standard.
• Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding, soil and plant care, and seasonal planting.
• Monitor irrigation systems and carry out general grounds maintenance.
• Identify areas for improvement and support small-scale landscaping works.
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment and coordinate with site management.
