Job summary

Leeds Federated is seeking a Gardener to support day-to-day grounds maintenance, estate management and improvement works across Leeds. You will perform grass cutting, planting, fencing and litter picking in communal areas, following schedules and safety procedures.

You should have some gardening or outdoor work experience, be reliable and able to manage daily workload, and work well in a team while delivering good customer service. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions
• Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking
• Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects
• Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained
