Job summary

Cambridge United FC is seeking a part-time goalkeeper development coach to support our Mildenhall GK Centres, delivering sessions and providing feedback to young players. You will help organise fixtures, log attendance, and contribute to CPD events to enhance coaching quality.

The role offers involvement in a professional club’s community programme, requiring weekday evenings and a collaborative approach to improving GK delivery and development of players within the club environment.

Qualifications

Required: FA Level 1 coaching badge
Required: Introduction to First Aid qualification
Required: Experienced in talent ID
Required: Experience of delivering excellent customer services
Required: IT Skills, including Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
Required: Experience of working with player/parents in football environments
Required: Experience in leading/managing an area/people or teams
Required: Has an understanding of how elite players are developed

Responsibilities

Complete reports providing feedback on players' technical, tactical, physical, and psychological performance.
Assist with developmental fixtures during school holidays.
Complete and log accurate player attendance records for each session.
Attend CPD events to develop personal skills and apply them to GDC delivery
