Qualifications

• Experience coaching in an elite level environment within a MDT.
• Experience designing and implementing goalkeeper development programmes.
• A Level 2 National Goalkeeping course accreditation is essential.
• UEFA C coaching qualification with the view to work toward UEFA within 12 months.
• FA Level 1 IFAIF certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver goalkeeper training sessions.
• Monitor and report development and performance against established goals.
• Promote a positive environment for learning and development.
• Oversee all goalkeepers within ETC age groups alongside the Lead Academy Goalkeeper Coach.
