Milton Keynes Dons Football Club is seeking an experienced First Team Physiotherapist to join the Sports Science and Medicine Department. You will deliver elite physiotherapy care, assess and manage injuries, and lead rehabilitation with a clear pathway to return-to-play for First Team players.

You will work closely with Head of Performance Medicine and coaching staff in a high-performance environment, applying evidence-based practice and mentoring junior practitioners.

Formación

• HCPC registration (current)
• Full membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
• Postgraduate CPD and ongoing professional development
• ITMMiF or equivalent trauma qualification
• Experience in elite/high-performance sport

Responsabilidades

• Provide elite, evidence-based physiotherapy service to First Team players.
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
• Develop, deliver and review individualized rehabilitation and reconditioning programmes.
• Support safe return-to-play decisions with the team.
• Provide pitch-side emergency care during training and matches.
• Deliver manual therapy, soft tissue therapy and acupuncture where appropriate.
• Contribute to injury prevention, surveillance and clinical audit.
