With a fast-paced environment and a focus on teamwork, TAG seeks experienced event professionals who can manage end-to-end delivery, supplier negotiations, and financial oversight while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree level or higher in related field or in lieu of education
• Extensive event management and event agency experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the event industry
• Successful event management with high client satisfaction
• Proven record of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing teams and workloads
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software

Responsibilities

• Oversee event management procedures and deliver autonomous multi-site events
• Lead onsite event delivery and manage client liaison for updates
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive service levels
• Make informed commercial decisions across events and budgets
• Negotiate supplier rates to maximise savings and profitability
• Handle flight management and delegate registration components
• Control all costs including supplier costs, margins and FX
