Job summary

Pacifica is recruiting an experienced White Goods Engineer to service customers in Harrogate and surrounding areas. You will diagnose and repair domestic appliances, visiting homes with a fully equipped company van and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with an uncapped performance bonus and an attractive OTE potential. Basic salary ranges from £27,000 to £36,000, plus the opportunity to earn up to £50,000+ OTE through

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
• Strong fault-finding across four or more core appliance types.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances.
• Repair four or more appliance types (washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, electric cooking appliances).
• Manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently.
• Represent Pacifica professionally and maintain high quality workmanship.
