Job summary

Pacifica is seeking an experienced White Goods Engineer to cover Manchester and surrounding areas. You will diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes, ensuring high standards of service and safety. A strong field background and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Two years of field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
Strong fault-finding and repair skills across core appliance types.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Full UK manual driving licence with up to six penalty points.
Positive, professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Visit customers' homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances and deliver an excellent customer experience on every visit.
Repair four or more appliance types: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, electric cooking appliances.
Manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently using our tech tools.
Provide reliable, professional service and uphold company standards on every job.
