Great Britain Cycling Team in Manchester is seeking a Head of Coach Development to lead and co-deliver an aspirational performance coach development strategy across Olympic Podium, Paralympic and Pathway coaching initiatives.

The role focuses on LA2028 podium coaches, developing strategies linked to athlete plans and discipline needs, acting as a Coach Development Quarter Back to maximise the UK Sport network and external expertise.

Qualifications

Experience in coaching development strategy and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across sport systems.
Track record of delivering coaching improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead on creating and co-delivering an aspirational performance coach development strategy.
Oversee development of coaching and performance of coaches in Olympic Podium, Paralympic and Pathway areas.
Develop strategies for LA2028 podium coaches aligned to athlete plans and discipline needs.
Act as a Coach Development Quarter Back to maximise UK Sport network and external expertise.
