British Cycling is seeking a Senior Performance Psychologist to deliver world-class sport psychology support to the Great Britain Cycling Team as they prepare for LA 2028. This role includes supervising the psychology team within the Performance Support structure and aligning mental performance with sporting success at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification to PhD or Masters in sport and exercise psychology (or equivalent).
• Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (Psychology)

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, applied sport psychology expertise to support GBCT performance for LA 2028.
• Lead and support the psychology team within the Performance Support structure.
• Support riders during the critical qualification period for LA 2028 and international competition demands.
