Everyman Driving Experiences is seeking a Sales Executive to join our on-site team at Dunsfold Aerodrome, Cranleigh. You will convert inbound enquiries and perform outbound calls to close sales, upsell premium experiences, and re-engage warm leads to maximise revenue. This fast-paced, target-driven role rewards performance with uncapped commission and a strong career progression path.

Salary £25,500–£27,500 plus commission (OTE £65,000). Hours Monday–Friday, plus two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable inbound and/or outbound phone-based sales experience.
• Confident handling objections and closing deals in real time.
• Highly target-driven, competitive, and motivated by commission.
• Resilient, energetic, and commercially switched-on.
• Organised, detail-focused, and disciplined with CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Convert high-volume inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell premium experiences, add-ons, and upgrades to maximise order value.
• Proactively call warm leads and lapsed customers to drive new bookings.
• Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain high-quality CRM records and pipeline discipline.
• Collaborate with sales and customer teams to improve conversion.
