Job summary

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is seeking an Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead the delivery of physical preparation for the Club’s Men’s Academy. You will work closely with the Head of Strength & Conditioning and Sport Science & Medicine to develop strength, conditioning, and injury prevention within the Academy players.

This role offers a path to progress in professional cricket, contributing to athlete development and high-performance standards across the Men’s Age Group

Responsibilities
