Job summary

Leicestershire County Cricket Club invites applications for an Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead the programming and delivery of physical preparation for the Club’s Men’s Academy. You will work within the Sports Science and Medicine Department to raise the quality of readiness across the pathway.

You will oversee and deliver S&C sessions for the Men’s Age Group squads, aim to develop careers in S&C, and provide sports science support to optimise performance and reduce injury risk

Job description

The Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach will lead the programming and delivery of physical preparation and provide sports science support for the Club’s Men’s Academy.
The role will oversee and deliver strength and conditioning sessions for the Men’s Age Group squads within Leicestershire County Cricket Club’s player pathway. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to develop a career in strength and conditioning.
