Job summary

Bristol City Football Club is seeking an Academy Coach for the u15/16s at the Robins High Performance Centre. This part-time role is 16 hours per week and focuses on planning and delivering coaching sessions in line with the club's philosophy and curriculum.

You will lead on match day for your age group, record player progress, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare of academy players, with six-week reviews and parent meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Essential UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award.
• Experience developing players in an academy environment.
• Ability to lead within a team, yet take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver coaching sessions following the club philosophy and curriculum.
• Be responsible for your age group on match day, plan, observe and provide feedback on players.
• Record player performance data on The Kitman Labs Intelligence Platform.
• Ensure players’ welfare and safeguarding are protected.
• Undertake administrative tasks including fixture programming, record keeping and database input.
• Conduct 6 weekly player reviews and player/parent reviews in line with EPPP guidelines.
• Ensure multi-disciplinary communication for holistic player development.
