Job summary

Wrexham AFC is seeking an Academy Coach Development Lead to oversee the implementation and development of the coaching curriculum and game model across the Academy, ensuring alignment with the club's philosophy and values.

You will work with the Academy Manager and staff to deliver sessions, evaluate the curriculum, and build sustainable coach and player development pathways across U9-U21, ensuring consistency in coaching delivery and evaluation.

Qualifications

• UEFA Pro Licence or UEFA A Licence is required.
• FA Youth Award and FA Advanced Youth Award are desirable.
• EHOC and EFAiF qualifications are expected.
• Safeguarding certificate must be held or completed within one month of appointment.
