Job summary

Praxis Tech is seeking an Academy Support Manager to work with a designated number of clubs, assisting the delivery of their Academy Performance Plan and ensuring a positive experience for all academy players.

You will contribute to the Football Development department’s delivery of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), helping home‑grown players reach their potential and promoting positive outcomes across the academy.

Responsibilities

• Work with a designated number of clubs to support the delivery of their Academy Performance Plan.
• Provide ongoing support to clubs, ensuring a positive academy experience for all academy players.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) objectives.
