Job summary
City Football Group in Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Coaching and Development Manager for the Junior Academy. Based at City Football Academy, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of recruitment coaching, set session quality standards and mentor the recruitment coaches across the pathway.
You will manage the local Recruitment Coaching team, plan sessions and events, allocate qualified coaches, and maintain coaching records and systems.
Qualifications
- FA Advanced Youth Award and UEFA B Licence are required.
- Experience in academy or structured player development environments is essential.
- Experience leading or coordinating coaching staff and developing coaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of recruitment coaching across the Junior Academy.
- Plan and deliver recruitment sessions and events; allocate qualified coaches.
- Mentor coaches through observation, feedback and development; maintain records and systems.
- Collaborate with Talent ID to ensure profiling requirements and selection criteria are understood.
- Act as a clear link for parents during the recruitment phase and gather feedback.
