Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist to support the London South region in our Electrophysiology business. You will drive clinical excellence, support CARTO-based procedures, and collaborate with physicians and EP lab teams to advance adoption of MedTech EP solutions.

You will deliver product training, stay current with electrophysiology trends, and contribute to business growth while aligning with our Credo and leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Strong electrophysiology knowledge and clinical support experience.
• Ability to educate customers and build technical proficiency.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with physicians and EP labs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and technical support during EP procedures using CARTO and related technologies.
• Support mapping, navigation, and ablation across arrhythmias (AF, SVT, VT).
• Deliver high-quality procedural support to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to physicians, nurses, and EP staff.
• Coach and mentor colleagues on EP workflows and product knowledge.
