Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation seeks a Technical Specialist to support the London North EP portfolio, providing expert clinical and technical assistance during electrophysiology procedures and patient-focused workflows. You will partner with physicians, nurses and cath lab staff to drive safe adoption of CARTO, VARIPULSE, OPTRELL, SoundStar, and DE STSF technologies across accounts.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering degree, strong communication, a full UK driving licence and willingness

Qualifications

• Advanced technical understanding of electrophysiology equipment and clinical workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to physicians and staff clearly.
• Willingness to travel extensively and operate in fast-paced hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support during EP procedures.
• Support mapping,navigation and ablation workflows with CARTO platform.
• Troubleshoot device or software issues during procedures to ensure safety.
• Deliver training and support for clinical staff and account teams.
