Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist Graduate (UK: London)

Location: Hemel Hempstead, HRT, GB

In our Rhythm Management division, you will support healthcare professionals in hospital Cath Labs and operating rooms, providing clinical support during procedures and engaging with clinical stakeholders for product training and promotion. You will collaborate with Account Managers and the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies for your territory, aiming to meet sales objectives effectively.

This is a 12-month contract starting September 1, 2025, with the possibility of retention based on performance. The role can be based anywhere in the UK (London).

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Support: Provide daily support during procedures, educate customers on product use, build strong relationships, and offer ongoing education to hospital staff.
2. Sales Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with the field team to identify growth opportunities, understand market dynamics, monitor competitor products, and contribute to account planning.

Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2024/2025) with a degree in Biotechnical, Biomedical, Scientific, or Nursing with a focus on Heart/Cardiology.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe, staying away for up to a week.
• Analytical, proactive, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Flexible regarding working hours and daily schedule.
