Qualifications

Job Description:

Fixed Term Contract - To start July 2025 and complete June 2026.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an Electronics Wiring Technician to showcase their expertise with a world-leading Formula 1 organisation.

This position is based on-site in Brackley.

About the Role

As an Electronics Wiring Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing high-quality electrical and electronic components, harnesses, and assemblies, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. Using Autosport and Aerospace connectors, MIL-spec wiring, heat-shrink moulded parts, and PCB assembly.
• Servicing on and off-car assemblies, including inspection and testing.
• Collaborating with electronic design and build departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Harness experience is essential, with knowledge of Raychem Systems 25 procedures, Mil-spec, Autosport, and Lemo connectors.
• Understanding of electrical assembly drawings.
• IPC-A-610 or equivalent soldering qualification.
• Organized and focused on delivering results within deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in a racing environment is advantageous.
