Job summary

Babcock is seeking an Electronics Technician to coach and assess apprentices, delivering workplace-based learning across multiple sites in the UK. You will support learners to complete programmes successfully, ensuring ESFA and Ofsted requirements are met, with a focus on hands-on industry experience.

The role involves travel to Salisbury sites, 37 hours weekly, and full-time permanent employment with benefits. Security clearance will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and assessing learners on apprenticeship programmes.
• Ability to monitor learner progress and provide portfolio-building guidance.
• Experience ensuring compliance with ESFA, Ofsted and awarding bodies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace-based learning, coaching and assessment to apprentices across the programme.
• Deliver scheduled visits and complete required documentation.
• Support learners to meet industry and ESFA requirements.
