Unknown Exeter electronics manufacturer is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to join the production team onsite near Exeter, Devon. The role focuses on hands-on testing, fault finding and repairing complex electronic products alongside an experienced team of engineers.

Your responsibilities include testing products, reading diagrams to diagnose faults, performing repairs and firmware/settings updates, and supporting the wider team to maintain quality and output.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics testing, repair or fault finding.
• Good understanding of electronic circuits and ability to read circuit diagrams.
• Experience with component-level fault finding is advantageous.
• Meticulous, reliable with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test and fault-find electronic products through production and final test.
• Read circuit diagrams and diagnose faults down to component level.
• Carry out repairs, testing, and firmware or settings updates where required.
• Support the wider production and test team to maintain quality and output.
