Job description

Electronics Test Engineer

Location: High Wycombe

Job type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 p/a

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:15 – 17:00 (Friday: 08:15 – 12:45)

Role Overview

As a Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting test solutions for PCBs. This includes creating test programs, performing diagnostics, assisting in the development of test equipment, and producing technical documentation. You will work closely with a small, collaborative engineering team.

The role of the Electronics Test Engineer will include:

• Test program development for Flying Probe and ICT systems
• Testing of PCBs using equipment
• Perform diagnostics on PCBs and repair if necessary
• Assist with the design and assembly of testing solutions

The ideal Electronics Test Engineer will have experience in:

• Knowledge of PCB Assembly and manufacturing process
• Experience with Flying Probe and / or Bed of Nails testing systems
• Experience with BoMs and Schematics
