Role Description:

The team at this Cambridge optics business is seeking an electronics technician to complement their electronics team on a fixed-term contract basis. Having established the test engineering team, they now need someone with experience in electronics, especially in dynamic, start-up environments, to assist with fault finding down to component level and support the test engineers.

The business focuses on optical systems and has an exceptional team of electronics engineers working on global projects from their Cambridge HQ. The ideal candidate will have experience working reactively on projects and be able to start within the next month. Local candidates are preferred, as they need to be able to commute daily to the office, which offers parking and is within walking distance of the train station and shops.
