Job summary

SEA LTD is seeking an Electronics Team Lead to drive electrical and electronic design across the full product lifecycle. You will lead a team, manage delivery to cost, time and quality, and collaborate with customers and cross-disciplinary teams to uphold standards and drive innovation.

The role is based at our Barnstaple site with flexible working. You will mentor engineers, support bids, and promote excellence while ensuring environmental, health and safety responsibilities are met.

Qualifications

  • Lead electrical and electronic design across the full product lifecycle.
  • Expertise in analogue/digital circuit design and PCB layout (Altium).
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of V&V, configuration management, and IPC/industry standards.
  • Bid and proposal experience, with customer/supplier interface.
  • Process improvement mindset and ability to drive new processes.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Electronics Team Leader will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £67k, depending on experience.

  • Full Lifecycle E&E Design
  • Expertise in Analogue/digital circuit design, PCB layout (Altium), and electro-Mechanical systems
  • Leadership & Team Management - Ability to lead, mentor, and allocate resources effectively
  • Requirements & Standards Knowledge - Strong understanding of V&V, configuration management, and IPC/industry standards
