Job description: We seek an Electronics Support Engineer at our Silverstone Facility to manage electronic systems and hardware supporting car operation. We encourage innovation and sharing ideas to foster a collaborative environment.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing electronic systems for events.
• Supporting electronic systems operation during events.
• Ensuring data accuracy through proper calibration and operation.
• Following all trackside procedures correctly.
• Resolving electronic system faults.
• Improving operational processes and procedures continuously.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in motorsport track support.
• Knowledge of motorsport data logging systems, preferably F1 SECU.
• Experience with automotive electronic systems, CAN, sensing technologies.
• Understanding electrical schematics and wire harnessing.
• Experience with high voltage systems on hybrid/electric vehicles.
• Ability to manage workloads independently.
• Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working under deadlines.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite.
• Contributing to an inclusive culture.
