Matchtech Group is recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator / Buyer / Lead / Manager role in the Buckinghamshire area. The position involves raising and managing purchase orders for electronic components, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery to protect production schedules.

The role requires CEM experience, on-site work during probation with possible hybrid flexibility post-onboarding, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Formación

• Experience purchasing electronic components in electronics manufacturing or CEM environments.
• Experience buying electronic components and familiarity with electronics distributors.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and procurement reporting experience.
• On-site during probation with potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Raise, place and manage purchase orders for electronic components and materials.
• Manage day-to-day supplier communications with UK/European distributors.
• Monitor deliveries, manage shortages and expedite critical components.
• Maintain stock availability via effective inventory management and lead time control.
• Support cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations and procurement reporting.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• (Lead/Manager level) own the purchasing function and develop/improve processes; support succession planning.
