Job summary

A leading design and manufacturing company specializing in power supplies and electronics for Defense and Aerospace is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer in St Neots. This role involves overseeing electronic assembly development and managing product costs. Ideal candidates will have experience in surface mount, Lean Manufacturing principles, and knowledge of the aerospace and defense sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in surface mount and PTH technology.
• Knowledge of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating.

Key responsibilities of the Electronics Manufacturing Engineer job opportunity based in St Neots:

• Support Engineering with manufacturability of new designs and technology development
• Manage product costs from development through to production
• Participate in MRB process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
