A leading design and manufacturing company in electronics for Defence and Aerospace is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer based in Birmingham. The role involves overseeing the development of assemblies, supporting manufacturability, managing costs, and participating in MRB processes. Candidates with experience in Lean Manufacturing and a background in Aerospace & Defence are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Aerospace & Defence experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and first-build of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Support engineering with manufacturability of new designs and technology development.
• Manage product costs from development through to production.
• Participate in MRB process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
