Job Description:

My client is a leading design and manufacturing company specializing in power supplies and electronics systems for the Defence and Aerospace industries. They are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Preston.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee development and initial build of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Support engineering with manufacturability of new designs and technology development
• Manage product costs from development through production
• Participate in MRB processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

Experience required:

• Surface mount, PTH, PCBA cleaning, and conformal coating
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Aerospace & Defence experience (desirable)
