Job summary

Graphcore in Bristol, UK is hiring a Manufacturing Operational Excellence Manager to own the manufacturing excellence work, turning complex hardware into reliable, scalable production.

You will improve quality, reliability and performance across Graphcore’s hardware lifecycle, using data to identify risks and drive measurable improvements. You will lead investigations and shape control plans across manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong technical grounding in manufacturing, quality or reliability engineering.
• Structured problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience using statistical or reliability data to support decisions.
• Understanding of new product introduction, production ramp and sustained volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing excellence work across the hardware lifecycle.
• Lead investigations, shape control plans and drive improvements.
• Turn complex technical signals into clear actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain teams.
