Job summary

Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Vertage Group Portfolio seeks an Electronics Hardware Engineer to develop electronics hardware and embedded firmware for underwater technology products. The role involves hands-on design across multiple products at different development stages.

You will be technical authority on electronics design, ensure proper documentation, and keep up with advances in the field. A proactive approach to processos and collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing analogue and digital circuits including FPGA and MPU.
• EMC knowledge to EN60945 and related standards.
• Proficiency with Altium and PCB design techniques; C programming and basic C++.
• 2:1 or higher in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronics hardware and embedded firmware for multiple products.
• Act as technical authority on electronics design for new developments.
• Document designs precisely to enable other engineers to work on projects.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in electronics technologies and standards.
• Assist in refining company processes to improve efficiency.
